1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using carcareph.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and shop owners.
2. About the directory
Car Care PH is a free, publicly accessible directory of automotive service businesses in the Philippines. Shop listings are provided for informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any listing.
Always confirm hours, prices, availability, and service details directly with the shop before visiting or making a purchase.
3. Use of the site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site in bulk without our written permission.
- Use the Site to send unsolicited communications to shops or users.
- Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information about any shop.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
- Reproduce or republish listing data commercially without our written consent.
4. Shop owners and listing claims
If you are a shop owner, you may claim your listing for free by creating an account. By claiming a listing, you confirm that you are an authorised representative of the business.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit or update. You agree not to post false, misleading, or inappropriate content, including fabricated reviews or deceptive service descriptions.
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to users or the integrity of the directory.
To claim, update, or request removal of a listing, email hello@carcareph.com. We will respond within 2 business days.
5. Intellectual property
The Car Care PH name, logo, site design, and original written content (including guides) are owned by Car Care PH and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Shop names, addresses, and other publicly available business details are not our intellectual property.
You may link to pages on the Site. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the site's content without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
Car Care PH is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of services provided by any shop listed on the Site. Any transaction, booking, or interaction between you and a listed shop is solely between you and that shop.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Car Care PH and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing information.
8. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to external websites (e.g. Google Maps, shop websites). These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any linked site.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
