Pricing questions
- What happens if I stop paying for Featured?
- Your listing goes back to a normal (free) listing at the end of the period you paid for. Your phone, hours, address, website and Verified badge stay as they are. You lose the Featured badge, the top placement on your city and category pages, and the priority spot in search results.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel?
- Yes. Email hello@carcareph.com and we switch you at the next renewal. You can cancel anytime — there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. The yearly plan works out to two months free compared with paying monthly.
- How are shops ordered on Car Care PH?
- On every city, category and search page: Featured shops come first, then Verified (claimed) shops, then everything else. Within each group we order by the rating on file (where one exists) and then alphabetically. When a driver taps "Near Me", Featured shops stay at the top and the rest sort by distance.
- Does Featured mean my shop is recommended or reviewed?
- No. Featured is paid placement plus a badge — it is not a rating, a review, or an endorsement. We show it as "Featured" so drivers know exactly what it is.
